1. What we collect
Your name and email when you create an account; payment details, handled entirely by our payment processor (we never see your card number); and basic usage data (pages visited, searches run) to keep the service working and improve it.
2. How we use it
To run your account, verify your email, process payments, send you account and transactional emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts), and provide support if you contact us. We don't sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and a payment processor for checkout. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
4. The creator database
Creator listings (handles, follower counts, business emails) are collected from public profiles and public business contact details for the purpose of influencer marketing outreach. If you're a creator and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we'll delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. for tax purposes).
7. Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or export it, at any time by emailing us.
