1. What Anton AI is
Anton AI is a marketplace connecting brands with vetted UK content creators. Signing up and browsing the database is free. Anton AI takes a percentage commission on sales a brand's campaign generates through a creator, tracked via discount codes and referral links, rather than charging for access to the database itself.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the database. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in GBP and include everything needed to access the tier you choose. Because access is granted immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once you've accessed the database, except where required by law. If something's gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we'll sort it out.
4. Using the creator data
The database gives you creators' public handles and business contact details for the purpose of running influencer marketing outreach and campaigns. You agree not to resell, republish, or bulk-share the database itself, and not to use the contact details for unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any purpose unrelated to genuine brand outreach.
5. Accuracy of the data
We vet and update creator listings regularly, but follower counts, engagement rates and contact details can change or go out of date. The database is provided "as is" - we don't guarantee that every listing is current or that any creator will respond to or accept an outreach request.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Anton AI to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the database or the underlying service.
7. Liability
Anton AI is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or the outcome of any campaign you run using data from it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let existing account holders know by email.
